Stainless steel doctor blades combine ink-metering performance with corrosion resistance for compatible printing and coating environments. They are especially worth considering where the working chemistry makes material selection a priority. The blade wipes excess ink from the cylinder or anilox surface while the selected edge geometry governs its contact with the roller.
