SERIES-NE3200 is a unique chemical blend of ammonia and alkaline based degreasers which are powerful enough to wash off and effectively remove all types of ink especially UV inks from the anilox rollers. It is an alkaline degreaser consisting of sequestering agents, buffering compounds and surfactants. The product is bio-degradable, environment friendly in nature. It is freely soluble in all concentrations in water. It is non caustic based hence can be safely be used on ceramic rollers. The product is mainly designed for removing cleaner specially designed for removal of inks and paints from ANILOX ROLLERS MADE OUT OF CERAMIC MATERIAL. It is designed and specially formulated for use in ultrasonic machines. With the right kind of design and proper rotation of the rollers in the solution will penetrate into nurslings and grooves of the roller to remove the dried-up inks. The product contains ammonia and surfactants which can penetrate into the grooves for effective removal.
